The winter league will consist of 15 race dates from November 11th, 2008 to February 24, 2009. December 23rd will have no racing league.

Each GPR Winter Racing League date will consist of two 20 lap races. Cost: $30.00 per driver.

• Points will be earned by final position in each race.
• Points will be posted in GPR and on Grandprixraceway.com and Indoorkartingnews.com
• Second heat starting positions will be inverted from first heat results.
• Drivers must participate in a minimum of 15 races to be eligible for championship points and the Grand Prize.
• Tie breakers (1) go to the driver with the most wins, (2) driver with the best lap time.
• Rolling starts.
• Points table: 1st-1pt, 2nd-2pts, etc. Lowest total points earner wins the series.

For drivers 16 years and up.

Weight differential will be accounted for by the race director.

Weekly prizes

Season championship awards will be presented at the final race.

Each group of 8-10 drivers will hit the track together for a five lap qualifying session. We will grid the group F1 style and start the 50 Lap Race.

The top three will receive trophies during our podium ceremony.

We will run additional races as demand requires each week. If you miss the first race we will get you into the next race available.
