| RULES |
- All drivers MUST follow the rules at all times
- All drivers MUST sign a waiver & release of liability agreement before entering the track area
- Drivers under the age of 18 need a parent or legal guardian to sign a waiver & release of liability form
- Minimum height requirement: 5 feet
- Only drivers are allowed in track area
- Secure all loose clothing before entering the track area
- Helmets must be worn with visors down at all times
- Observe the attendant at all times - when he signals, all karts must exit immediately
- Keep both hands on the wheel at all times
- Remain in kart at all times until instructed to exit
- Shoes & shirt must be worn
- Long hair must be safely secured before driving
- Keep hands & feet in kart at all times
- No bumping, out of control, or reckless driving
- Slow down to 1 mph when entering pit area
- No driving under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medications that could impede your ability to drive safely
- When entering pit area, remain in your kart until instructed to exit
- Any misconduct or breaking of these rules will result in immediate suspension from the track
- Driver assumes all responsibility for their actions including damage to equipment & injury of other patrons
- If kart stops or gets stuck, remain seated. An attendant will be there shortly to help you
