The Rules

• All drivers MUST follow the rules of our facility and and directions given by staff at all times.
• All drivers MUST sign a waiver & release of liability agreement before entering the track area
• Drivers under the age of 18 need a parent or legal guardian to sign a waiver & release of liability form 2020_minor_waiver.doc 
• If you are pregnant or expecting, kart racing is never advisable.
• No existing injuries that are not healed. "Walking" type boots or hand/wrist braces may not be worn.
• * NEW! Minimum height requirement: 4ft 9 inches (57 inches) and 10 years old minimum age.
• Those with head, neck or back injuries may not drive our karts.
• Only drivers are allowed in track area.
• Secure all loose clothing before entering the track area.
• Shoes must be worn. Please, No Flip Flops, Sandals or Slides.
• Helmets must be worn with visors down at all times.  
• Observe the attendant at all times - when he signals, all karts must exit pit area immediately.
• Keep both hands on the wheel at all times.
• Remain in kart at all times until instructed to exit.
• Shoes & shirt must be worn.
• Long hair must be safely secured before driving.
• Keep hands & feet in kart at all times.
• No bumping, out of control, or reckless driving.
• Slow down to 1 mph when entering pit area.
• No driving under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medications that could impede your ability to drive safely.
• When entering pit area, remain in your kart until instructed to exit.
• Any misconduct or breaking of these rules will result in immediate suspension from the track.
• Driver assumes all responsibility for their actions including damage to equipment & injury of other patrons.
• If kart stops or gets stuck, remain seated. An attendant will be there shortly to help you.
